Greetings new and current bannermen! In light of past AvA participation and the fact that we are an AvA alliance, we have decided to begin implementing a members policy. This will go into effect immediately (February 16, 2016). Please read and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you’re unwilling to follow the policy, please let us know.

 

• We are a team! Be respectful and helpful towards one another. This game is here for everyone to enjoy. If you are unkind or dishonest towards fellow members, you will not last long with us. We have an amazing group of some of the friendliest men and women! Honesty is important. If you need help in anything at all, please ask.

• Our website is password protected because it contains information just for our eyes. Do not share it except with other verified members on the game’s members list. The site password will change from time to time. The new one will be posted in the MOTD (Message of the Day) as it is updated.

• If you change your name in reincarnation, let an officer know so we can keep up to date.

• Add your stats and AvA supplies to our list so we know how much we need for the next AvA and can focus on crafting those items.

• If you choose to be part of the skinny dip challenges, you may enter as many of them as you like, but BOTH your character and your ss MUST be naked. *edited 23 February 2016

 

AvA Policy:

• If you miss 1 AvA, without letting us know you will be inactive, you will get a raven or message on Facebook.

• If you miss 2 AvAs, without letting us know you will be inactive, it will be grounds for removal.

 

Inactive Members Policy:

• If you will be away for an AvA, please let an officer know so we can make a note of it. Our everyday lives are important and we understand there will be times you need to be away. If you don’t let us know, you may accidentally be removed. We’d like to keep everyone here!

• If you tell us you will be away for a long period of time and don’t get back to us by the end of that time, the AvA policy will be implemented.

 

Returning Members:

• Those who are allowed to return must participate in the first AvA unless excused by an officer. If they do not, the AvA Policy will stand and they will not be allowed to return a second time at the discretion of our leader, Ben Weaver.
